Projects Manager
This highly regarded construction company requires the skills of an experienced Project Manager for a number of exciting developments based around the state from an office based on the south-side of Brisbane.
You must have previous experience within the Construction Industry, in particular shopping centre developments and you must be able to take the project from concept, design and execution, and be able to control contractors. Previous experience within the civil construction industry in drawing up Letting and Trade Packages would be highly regarded.
The Project Manager must have relevant construction and management qualifications. Excellent Communications skills are essential as is the ability to coordinate multiple personnel, contractors, and suppliers.
