► January 2012 We took a while to decide who to get to build this patio for us as we wanted something very specific. We had actually attained cheaper quotes, however everyone else had mentioned a number of things that could go wrong and they couldn't provide any level of certainty that they could do exactly what we were asking without potential cost blowouts. Charles' experience allowed him to predict the level of difficulty and risk better, providing a quote that was slightly higher, but accurate to the dollar. We much preferred this compared to one that looked cheaper but could blow out with any number of issues that were present. FInished product looks just like our original drawing. It has been everything we had hoped for and have enjoyed a number of lunch time BBQ's which we have never been able to do before.
