Jan Day has owned and operated
the business since inception in 1997.
Jan Day as Director has 18 years prior experience in Human Resources comprising
7 years as the sole operator of a Recruitment & Training
Consultancy before establishing AZ-Tech in 1997.
Her early career in sales, marketing and client services
within the professional services, manufacturing and retail sectors
ensures a practical approach to servicing a broad spectrum of client
staffing issues. Jan maintains an operational level focus on AZ-Tech’s
consulting services and is fully conversant with the legislative
frameworks and contractual issues that enable her to advise clients,
contractors and potential employers on their obligations and rights
in relations to employment and contract hire.
Administration and Contractor Service is
supported by Jennie Butcher. In today’s recruitment
market, the role becomes that of managing incoming enquiries,
resumes etc., from internet advertising and networking sources in a
complex, industry that relies on rapidly changing technology to
ensure efficiency. Jennie has advanced level electronic
document management experience with a strong customer service focus
and the secretarial skills necessary to manage people and
information systems in a dynamic and often frenetic business
environment.
Payroll and accounts
administration are provided by Julie Porter whose extensive
financial administration experience ensures an efficient approach to
the complex compliances that are essential to the smooth operation
of a contract employment agency that protect the client’s and
contractor’s interests with technical placements.
