AZ-Tech uses SunSuper as our default
Superannuation Scheme.
SunSuper PAYG Contractors who need
information on their SunSuper Account can go to www.sunsuper.com.au
SuperChoice
From 1 July 2005, you are
able to choose the Superannuation Fund you wish to have your
statutory superannuation paid into. You can choose your own
complying fund or you can elect to do nothing. If you do nothing,
then AZ-Tech will pay your statutory superannuation entitlements
into our Default Fund. This fund has been among the top performing
industry funds for many years and we able to confirm that we have
been satisfied that it has been administered in a way that does
credit to our referrals.
Please note that not all funds are eligible under the Government
Legislation. Full details of eligibility, etc., can be found on the SuperChoice
website. We encourage you do your own research and seek
professional advice to choose the most reliable, suitable fund for
your needs and to determine the extent of their administration fees,
whether insurance cover is offered and that performance returns on
investment offer the best return to your circumstances.
All PAYG Contractors currently employed by AZ-Tech, and those about
to start on a contract through AZ-Tech are offered this choice from
the prescribed date. As previous, Independent Contractors are
responsible for making their own commercial arrangements and are not
affected by the new legislation.
For existing contractors, if you wish to choose a superannuation
fund other than the one we already pay into, you will need to
complete the Superannuation Choice form, which can be downloaded
here and returned to us for processing. If you are happy with
the present arrangements you need do nothing.
Please note that if your selected fund is not eligible, or the full
details necessary for us to administer the change are not supplied,
then your superannuation must continue to be paid into our Default
Fund.
Meanwhile your consultant will be happy to discuss any issues or
concerns with you if you have the need.
Superannuation Advice
For advice about

Due to the Privacy Act, we
are unable to provide your details to an external advisor and
similarly they are unable to exchange information with AZ-Tech about
you, therefore you need to contact your advisor directly.
