AZ-Tech Recruitment and Contracting is a company that has been operating in Queensland since 1997. We have structured our organisation to meet the demands of companies and government bodies seeking an innovative approach to Human Resource Management services including, but not limited to, the placement of Temporary, Contract and Permanent Personnel at operational and executive levels.

Clients also utilise our Testing services to assess internal staff.  Many clients now appreciate the efficiencies to be gained from using AZ-Tech Recruitment and Contracting to Payroll their existing Casual Workforce.  Outplacement Services are also available.  Our offices are in Brisbane, yet the Contractors and staff we supply operate wherever our clients require them to be based throughout Australia or off-shore.  Our offices are available to clients to conduct interviews as a central confidential venue.

• Negotiation of a Flat Rate, All Hours Worked temporary Contract rates on award free client work sites or Permanent Placements where fees reflect the value of the outcomes delivered to you
• Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance cover all contract personnel engaged on your behalf (these policies are specially tailored to the needs of contract arrangements)
• Mobilisation support.  We are happy to co-ordinate site mobilisation.  Ex-Pat services and emergency support are available for Contractors engaged on off-shore assignments through an exclusive agency agreement with the Worldcare Travel Group.  Discount travel is by exclusive agreement with Above-Below-Beyond travel.
• Testing:  a full spectrum of candidate assessment tools which are tailored to each position is available to ensure optimum recruitment selection outcomes.
• Plain English contracts protect your interests by specifying the particulars of each contract placement to contain arrangements within agreed boundaries.  Our aim is that no surprises should jeopardise arrangements.  Both PAYG & Independent Contractor arrangements are catered for and Permanent Placements are negotiated to your specifications
