As a Company AZ-Tech will conduct all its business operations
according to the highest ethical principles and in a totally
responsible manner. We
will work honestly to our utmost ability to deliver a quality range
of services to our clients.
Business
dealings
The business dealings and practices of AZ-Tech Recruitment &
Contracting will at all times be based on integrity, honesty and
fairness.
People
We pledge to pursue open non-discriminatory recruitment, selection
and placement practices for all our people.
We will vigorously adhere to safe working practices and
maintain due regard for the well being of our personnel on
assignment. We will
ensure our personnel are fairly and equitably rewarded for their
efforts.
Clients
AZ-Tech will deliver services according to the highest principles
and standards expected by clients. We strive to ensure clients
receive a responsible, trustworthy and just business arrangement
with us every time.
Competitors
AZ-Tech takes a vigorous approach to its competitors in the
marketplace. However,
we refrain from intentionally damaging the professional reputation
of competitors.
Rates
AZ-Tech will ensure that all rates paid and charged are equitable
and fair to both the client and the contractor.
We will happily divulge pay and charge information to both
client and contractor when we are assured that our confidentiality
and competitive advantage is protected.

New Legislation came into force in April 2005, requiring the
Recruitment Industry to adopt a new Code of Conduct. The Act and
Code of Conduct do not apply to on-hire services such as labour hire
or contract placements. So this may not necessarily be relevant to
your relationship with AZ-Tech.
The information contained in the Information Statement link,
outlines our obligations with respect to the handling of placements
for permanent work. If
you are seeking a career position rather than contracts, you should
download, read and return your signed statement or email us to
confirm that you have read and understood the statement.
This data will be held in our office as confirmation of our
protection of your interests.
The Act will not change the way we operate in that AZ-Tech has
always adopted and complied with our industry Code of Practice. We are always mindful of the need for ethical professional
practices as is expected of organisations with a reputation of
excellence to uphold. If you have any reason for concern with the
service you receive from us, we welcome your reporting of the issue
and undertake to promptly redress the matter.
