As a Contractor seeking
projects through clients of AZ-Tech Recruitment & Contracting
Pty Ltd, there are a number of ways in which we can assist you into
your next assignment. Make
the most of these opportunities and help us to be efficient in our
dealings with you
The
menu to the right will guide you to all
the documents that you will need to complete to commence your
engagement. You can download, complete and return these to us by fax
or mail. We note that
some official documents must contain your original signature and
cannot be emailed
Timesheets & Payroll
AZ-Tech pays its'
contractors electronically every Wednesday. For this reason, it is
important that your signed Timesheet, and if you are an Independent
Contractor, your Invoices, reach us no later than 5pm on Mondays to
be included in that week's payment cycle.
If, for some reason, you cannot send your timesheets and/or Invoices
to us by this deadline, please call us on (07) 3847 3988 before 5pm
on Mondays to confirm time spent during the previous week. Remember
that even if you are just as happy to delay payment to the week
following, the client you are servicing may express concerns at such
unplanned changes to their account schedules and further, receiving
an invoice for multiple weeks can result in clients questioning the
cost of your services. Such
delays create the potential to lead to a budget review and this may
not be to your best advantage.
So, efficient administration of your timesheet is important.
Superannuation
Important changes were
implemented to Statutory Superannuation systems on 1 July 2005. Our

Keep in Touch!
It's always important for us
to have your most up to date contact information and banking
details. So if you relocate, or change contact or bank account
details, we need to know without delay.
And of course it is important for us to know when you become
available or have made alternate career plans so we know whether or
not it is appropriate for us to consider you for new vacancies.
One of the best ways to do this is to complete and return to us one
of the Banking & Personal Details forms, which can be downloaded
from the right-hand menu on this page.
Problems in your Contract?
AZ-Tech will do all that we can to make sure that your contract role progresses smoothly and to head any problems off so that minor issues don't escalate.
If any problems do arise, contact your Consultant immediately, as we are jointly
responsible for your success. If a situation is urgent

Welcome to the team!
Have you left us and want to renew contact? We like to keep
in touch with our team and you become part of that network when you
register. If we've placed you in a permanent position we have
guarantee obligations to ensure the success of the placement. We will want to speak with you on a progressive basis to
ensure your satisfaction and that of the client we placed you with.
